You cannot buy land on PurelyPlots today. There is no catalog, no account, and no checkout. This page describes the path we intend to offer. It does not promise a parcel, a price, a payment, or a date.
- See a real listing. That step waits until a landowner’s parcel is actually posted. The listings page is only a notify-me form until then.
- Read the terms the seller chose. Cash, owner financing, or both would be the seller’s offer, not a loan from us.
- Estimate a payment if you want. The calculator is free as an educational estimate: fixed rate, level payments, no account, not a loan offer, no fees, taxes, or balloon.
- Close off this website. Purchase money, deposits, and paperwork would stay with you, the seller, and the professionals you each choose. PurelyPlots does not hold those funds.
We do not say that anyone qualifies, that credit is not checked, or that a seller will accept an offer. Those decisions are not ours.
