- Join the waitlist and tell us, in your own words, about vacant land, a ranch, or a farm. Say whether you might want cash, owner financing, or both.
- When listings open, a landowner would describe the parcel and the terms they are willing to offer. PurelyPlots would not set the price, the rate, or the documents.
- Buyers would close with you, off this site, using the title, escrow, or attorney the parties choose. We do not hold deposits or land payments.
Owner financing, if you offer it, is your arrangement with the buyer. It is not a loan from PurelyPlots. Read the guide before you decide, and use your own attorney. Nothing on this site is charged. Pricing is not published because it is not set.
