How PurelyPlots will work
Listings are not open. There is no search, no account, and no payment. Today you can join a seller waitlist or use the educational calculator. The steps below are the path we intend after listings exist. They are not a promise of a date or a sale.
PurelyPlots is not a lender, real estate broker, escrow agent, or title company, and it does not hold purchase funds, deposits, or installment payments.
When a listing exists
- A landowner describes the parcel and whether they want cash, owner financing, or both (our listing photos and description checklist and pricing guide can help, and our buyer due diligence questions guide covers what buyers will ask; heirs can start with selling inherited land). Until listings open, that description lives only on the waitlist, and the waitlist is not public.
- The landowner sets any financing terms. Term, interest, and down payment would be their offer (see the seller financing guide; for working land, selling a ranch or farm). PurelyPlots does not lend and does not approve a buyer.
- A buyer reads the listing and may use the calculator to estimate a level payment. The calculator is not the contract.
- The parties close off this website with their own counsel, title, or escrow. Purchase money does not come through PurelyPlots.
A software fee, only if one is published
Nothing is charged now. Pricing says that on purpose, and it does not name a dollar amount because none is set.
If Grant Corporation later charges for the website, that charge would be a software fee paid to PurelyPlots, disclosed with what it buys and a refund rule before anyone pays. It would not be the land price, earnest money, or a loan payment. Paying it would not make PurelyPlots a broker, escrow, or a party to the deed.
Land money stays off this site
Buyer-to-seller land payments are not a feature of this site. We do not plan to hold those funds, run an escrow balance, or transmit the purchase price. A sale’s money stays with the parties and the professionals they choose.
That limit stays in place until a lawyer writes a different design and this page is replaced. It is off now.
What PurelyPlots does not do
- Originate, underwrite, or service loans
- Hold or escrow land purchase funds or deposits
- Provide title insurance or act as a title company
- Act as your real estate broker
- Guarantee that a parcel will sell or that a financing structure is legal where the land sits
- Offer accounts, search, or a way to pay
