Draft for attorney review · October 7, 2026 · Not legal advice
This draft describes what the site actually does. A lawyer should review it before any fee or listing. It has not been approved by counsel.
1. Who we are
PurelyPlots is operated by Grant Corporation, 1012 East Ave J Suite 16, Lancaster, CA 93535. Phone (661) 590-1637. Email [email protected]. The company inbox [email protected] is the other published address. State of formation was not in the contact block we used, so it is not stated here.
2. What you can send us
The seller waitlist asks for your name and email, and may include a phone number, city, state, county, approximate acreage, whether you may want cash or owner financing or both, and notes you type (capped at 2,000 characters). The buyer form on the listings page asks for an email, an optional name, and an optional state, so we can write when a listing is posted. The contact form asks for a name, email, and message. Every form requires a consent checkbox. We do not ask for a Social Security number, a card number, or an account password. There is no account.
We use those details to read the request, reply if we choose to, and email you about the waitlist or about listings opening. We do not use them to underwrite a loan. We are not a lender. We do not sell personal information.
3. Where a submission goes
The browser sends the form to our server over HTTPS. The server adds a UTC timestamp for the submission and for the consent, stores one line in a private file outside the public website, and emails that line to [email protected] (or another mailbox the server administrator sets with an environment variable). The page tells you the request was saved only after both the file write and the email handoff succeed. If they do not, the form stays up and offers a mailto link so you can write to us yourself.
Your browser may keep a short local backup of the email and the time if the network fails. That backup is not a submission. It stays in local storage under the key purelyplots_waitlist until you clear site data. It is not sent to us again on its own.
The private file stores a hash of the IP address for abuse limits, not the raw IP address, plus a shortened user-agent string. The rate limit is five submissions for the same email and IP hash in fifteen minutes.
4. How long we keep it
Draft retention: we keep a waitlist, buyer-notify, or contact record until you ask us to delete it, or for 24 months from the day you submitted it, whichever comes first. Then we delete the matching lines we control. The 24-month period is a draft choice for the owner and counsel to confirm. Email already delivered to a person’s inbox may remain in that mailbox until they delete it.
5. How to be removed
Email [email protected] from the same address you used, with the subject “Remove my email.” We will delete the matching lines from the private lead file. We will confirm by reply when that is done. Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes the local backup and your analytics choice. We cannot delete a copy Google already received if you allowed analytics. Use Google’s own tools for that.
6. Google Analytics 4 and cookies
If you click “Allow analytics,” the site loads Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-V8B6NB9LSV, from Google. Google then sets its own analytics cookies (commonly named _ga and similar) and receives a page view. We do not load that tag until you allow it. “Decline” stores your choice in local storage under pp_analytics_choice and does not load Google. We do not run advertising pixels, and we do not sell the analytics data.
After you allow analytics, the site may also send these event names, without your name, email, or property notes: calculator_calculate, calculator_copy_link, waitlist_submit_ok, waitlist_submit_fail, and waitlist_local_only. A local-only backup is not counted as a successful signup. Google’s handling of the cookie is described in Google’s own policy. We do not control Google.
The choice itself is stored in local storage, not in a cookie we set. Hosting and Cloudflare may keep ordinary request logs, which can include an IP address, the address of the page, and a timestamp. Those logs are the host’s, and we do not copy them into the lead file.
7. Payments
This site does not charge a fee and does not collect card numbers. There is no payment processor on these pages. If that changes, this policy will be updated before a charge is possible, and the pricing page will state the amount first.
8. Children
The site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child sent a form, email us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
The date above changes when this draft changes. Questions and deletion requests go to [email protected] or the postal address in section 1. The Terms of Use are a separate draft.
