Pricing is not set

The calculator is free as an educational estimate: fixed rate, level payments, no account, not a loan offer, no fees, taxes, or balloon. The seller waitlist is also free to join, and joining does not create a listing.

If a fee is introduced later, the page that asks for it will say the amount, what it buys, and the refund rule before anyone is charged. Until that page exists, do not send PurelyPlots money for a listing.

A future software fee, if the owner chooses one, would be for this website. It would not be the purchase price of land, and PurelyPlots would still not hold the buyer’s payment to the seller.
